Good news for the RHI!

New statistics from the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) show that domestic RHI installations have smashed the 20,000 milestone, with some 6,244 new accreditations since April 2014 when the initiative was officially launched.

Gas safety for insulation and external cladding installers

Logic Certification has launched a Gas Safety Awareness Course for Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation Installers and/or External Cladding Installers to help prevent tragic incidences like the recently highlighted case of 83 year old pensioner, Joyce Moore, who died from carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning following cavity wall insulation blocking her boiler.

Amendment 3 of 17th Edition Wiring Regulations sparks new electrical qualification!

Are you aware of the new amendments and changes to BS7671:2008 (2011) – 17th Edition Wiring Regulations? As a qualified electrical engineer, you need to be up-to-speed with your knowledge and training to comply with legislation set to come into force on 1st July 2015.


We have introduced a new, 17th Edition ‘update’ course for electrical engineers to cover the requirements and legislation of Amendment 3. The qualification provides a time-efficient option for operatives who need to demonstrate their knowledge of Amendment 3, without repeating the up-to-date elements of the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations.
